Out of these hours, in the event of an emergency which is life or business effecting, and you think your policy may be able to assist, please contact 0345 603 8381 which is operated by our scheme Insurer Ecclesiastical. Whilst they will not have access to your records, Ecclesiastical will do everything possible to help until they can liaise with us concerning your policy cover. Depending on the type of claim and value, we may resume the handling of your claim under our delegated authority, otherwise, Ecclesiastical will continue.
