TL Dallas (Northern Ireland) Ltd. (TLDNI) was established in 2016 and is headed up by chartered insurance brokers, Gary Proctor and Stephen James.

Gary and Stephen started their insurance careers in 1987 and 1976 respectively, and both worked for many years at Bartholomew & James, where Gary was a director and Stephen the managing director.

The team in Belfast is highly qualified and experienced across all forms of general insurance – commercial and personal. Clients range from large manufacturers, contractors and property owners to single personal households, and everything in between.

In particular, the team has more than 100 years of collective experience in designing and arranging bespoke insurance products for the faith sector. TLDNI cover more than 200 churches, as well as providing home insurance policies for ministers that include bespoke features that protect their assets and responsibilities.
