After securing a degree in Risk Management in 2011, Douglas worked with a large international insurer. In 2014, he worked for Glasgow Commonwealth Games as part of the project and risk management team. He joined TL Dallas in September 2014 as part of the Commercial Insurance team and completed his ACII qualification in 2016.
